F'ing patriots get the coin toss... game over... it's really unbelievable how many breaks they get.

If I was a cheifs fan I'd cursing Dee Ford pretty hard... BRUTAL mistake!

The Patriots are a machine.

Not even one of their best teams.

They just know how to win.

Back to the Super Bowl. Again.

Sheesh

You have to respect these guys, unreal.

Thought the Chiefs would win this one fairly comfortably.

Dee Ford's name will live in infamy.

Brady was great might have been one his best games ever even though the numbers don't bear it out.

If you didn't watch the games and just looked at the box scores, you would think that the headlines tomorrow would be best AFCCG/NFCCG games ever in the same year.

But the refs and replay will probably dominate the conversation.

Regardless of how you feel about the results, today was some super football. I'm betting this was the first time that both CFGs went into OT.

Great games, the refs had a part to play.

People are complaining about the non call in the Saints game but there were 4 facemasks uncalled against the Rams and several obvious holds.

The refs got Chiefs/Pats calls mostly right, wasn't an easy game to officiate as defenders kept pushing the envelope.

Well you would have won your bet. First time ever two playoff games went to OT on the same day.

It is a pretty simple solution to the non-call penalty. Allow a contested penalty to the challenge rule. But the number of challenges would remain the same.

Cannot be more impressed with an org than I am with the Patriots.
As was said ... not even their best squad, but they keep winning.
One of Brady's greatest efforts ever, when most needed. They simply GET it.
Give BB a couple days to scheme against you, and you're screwed.
The defense early won the game. The throws late clinched it.
Edelman is the greatest clutch small receiver to ever play the game. Gronk the biggest game-changer.
Those third and longs they converted late were one-in-a-million for most good teams. And these guys make them look automatic.
Brady's throws were PERFECT. The game planning was almost as good. Every player on their roster is a FOOTBALL PLAYER in the highest sense of the word. They get it.
And I completely respect KC as well. Dangerous, fun team. But they got outlasted, by the best-ever.

Talk about them converting 3rd Downs. How often, when it was third and long did they throw short of the sticks?

ALMOST NEVER.

They needed 11 they threw 13. They needed 6 they threw 7.

I think our new OC needs to take notice and not have any play where we need to get 8 years where we throw a 2 yard dump pass to Rudolph and hope for the best.
