We literally had guys out there who wanted nothing to do with hockey. I truly believe that There was a 10 minute stretch in the second that was the worst effort I've seen from this team, maybe ever. As was said … we have the grinder position covered I was glad Walz gave Hartman some credit, the penalty wasn't that big of a deal. But he is one guy who is busting ass to turn things around. Him, Foligno and Kunin can't be blamed. Or Hunt, he's trying everything. The rest are pathetically inept or not really trying. Parise had at least 4 golden opportunities, got nothing Staal gets credit from me for being the only true winner in the group, but he is beyond checked out Koivu is in the old-man-reach-and-hope portion of his career, and its really ugly. Rask simply isn't good enough, and we all know my thoughts on Zucker and Dubnyk, which were totally confirmed last night. Suter had maybe his worst opening shift of his life last night, which tells you even he is slipping. At least he rallied and finished like he gave a crap. Soucy probably our most effective D. Ouch. Greenway isn't good at hockey,. really. Nor is Donato. Hard to watch. Really, really, hard to watch. Mayhew has to be going …. this is the NHL? Did I go up, or down?
