Nope, we're fine. Read a quote by Suter that said just that. So, we have that going for us. He's good with a 4-2 loss and being 0-2. Status quo and forge ahead. It'll work itself out. Our 60 goal scorers will get back on track soon.

Will this team be closely followed this season?

I'm discouraged, but I also remember that last year the Blues started off their year like dreck. They got better.

We say this stuff about 90% of the teams that eventually win it all.
So let me know when it's our turn, please.
I'm running out of time.

No, probably won't be anyone below them in the standings if that's what you mean.
I'll watch every minute of every game. Its what we do here. Just like you (and I) do with the Twins.
We are what we are.

I can't commit to every minute of every game with the Wild this year. I'm too thoroughly frustrated with this organization, including BB. Seeing Koivu centering the second line and playing power play again has put me over the edge. My hope is that Guerin recognizes what a worthless pile of crap Captain Mikko is and doesn't extend his contract.

You are no SMF.

True, when it comes to hockey, he is a much bigger glutton for punishment than I am.

Never hire the "twinsfan PR firm"
They suck.
I knew that wouldn't play well. (so did he)

Kind of like Kelley Anne Conway defending Trump.

You know I'm with you on the "when is it our turn?" question. And my level of faith that it will ever happen has caused me to barely even watch sports anymore, which is really sad considering how much enjoyment I used to get out of it.

I would be most excited with a new Goalie and Mayhew and Sturm up instead....

I'm debating paying for it too. I've never missed a game that I couldn't watch, traveled a lot…….i'm debating and leaning to nope, who cares? It's the same disappointment.

So … I see we're not only on the ROAD part of our schedule, but also on the MIGHT NOT PLAY FOR A WEEK part, too.

You get more stooopid every year, BETTMANN!

I'm almost giddy to look ahead and see if we're playing 20 games in the last 15 days this year, or 22.
A fair and balanced schedule is apparently way too tough for some people to comprehend.

Just for the hell of it, I went and checked the schedule for the last month of the season.
SMF wasn't off by that much.....
18 games in the final 35 days of the season, with 4 sets of back to back games.
In comparison, it will take us 45 days from the start of the season until we play our 18th game.

Same as the last few years.

I wonder if this is normal in the NHL or we just get hosed by BETTMAN! every year?

I suspect the prefered East Coast/original six teams get easier schedules at the end to be sure they are rested up for a playoff run.
Flyover country.....who cares.

Another home opener for us to be the patsy in tonight
Such a bunch of bullshit.
We might be 0-10 if this keeps up.
I remember looking at it months ago and going … oh boy, we're screwed.
We hold em under a touchdown tonight I'll be shocked.

It's kind of like when everyone wants to schedule you for their homecoming game.

Omg
Stop the F-ing head shaking and the whining
Try putting a F-ing puck behind their goalie once
Just a sad sack group of overpaid pussies
Hunt and Spurgeon get more done in one shift than most others do all night
We pound pound pound them for five minutes and nothing
One rush the other way and they score
The NHL is not a place for guys like we have
Parise is awful. Just awful. Zucker the same. Worthless
You’re paid to produce. You go thru weeks with NOTHING
NOTHING
