The one good thing about missing the playoffs last year is all the noon games we get this year.

Are the Refs going to try to make up to the Lions? Will it matter if they do?

Go Vikes!

I predict some home cooking but I also feel like we are just too talented to not take this one. Vikings 27-20

Good for Vikes: Lions have a poor pass rush, Stafford can be sacked - a lot, our offense is operating at peak performance right now, special teams is operating at a high level.

Bad for Vikes: Could be Hockenson's break out game, last year it took too long to double Golliday - will they learn quicker this time around?, Zimmer has historically terrible game and clock management history when playing the Lions, refs WILL be making sure the Lions get the favorable calls.

Vikes 31-28

I see Zimmer's Vikings teams are only 5-5 against Detroit. That doesn't seem possible. But we have beat them the last 3, and didn't give up a TD to them in 2018.

We will get another win this Sunday. Our offense is finding things that work, and the defense is good. Vikes by 6,

The NFL is crazy with all the ebb and flow from week to week. I hope we still feel good about progressing forward after the game.

During and after the Bears game it seemed like every poster here considered our season and future to be completely down the Toilet. A win here and we could be looking at a repeat of 2017.

Time to go into Detroit and remind them what great running back games look like...

Let the "weakest link" hit a few chunk plays down the field and take over the game early.

No deferring and no turtling please great Zimm

Looks like a fumble to me.

The defender was responsible for the arm moving forward, not a throwing motion.

I'm confused as to what the call was or what the purpose of the challenge is. I think fumble though.
