I've got a vibe. This is going to be the Twins year. Every move we made will come up roses. World Series in a 4 game sweep.

The Twins will win 94 regular season games and win the AL Central advancing to the ALCS where they will lose to the Yankees in five games.

Season starts Mid-June. All teams start playing in FLA and AZ. Games for a month there. Evaluate virus during this month and have 2 schedules made. One that continues in AZ & FLA and one that is in all MLB cities. Probably no fans for 1st month.

100 game season. No All Star Game.

Twins (1st Central) 61-39

A comprehensive forecast to say the least and quite specific, however, you failed to mention how many games Buxton would play in CF, and/or how many games he played before he crashed into a wall and went on the DL.

Precitions
There will be a season
Buxton will play over 50% of all Twins games.
Twins will make the playoffs.
Buxton will play in the playoffs.
Twins of course win it all.

I don't think Buxton will manage to play more than 50% of the games with the team, however I do like him because he is a good player who can solve a match

39 is a good prediction. 45 is pretty lofty

I'll go w/Murf's numbers.

When you look at the breakdown of games and consider that a team can get on a serious roll over a 30 game stretch, 45 wins in a 60 game season could be very doable.

That was brought up here locally on Friday because the Mariners started out
15 and 2 last year.

Do that and it gets wacky.

I'll say 33-27. Hopefully that's enough to sneak into the playoffs.

Twins 60-0 regular season and playoff sweep to the title.
Anything less would be disappointing.

Not a twins prediction, but a prediction.
Acuna is being walked multiple times a game and stealing a base about half the time. He has scored 15 times in the last 7 games. Freddie Freeman batting right behind him is a great RBI guy. Acuna is currently at 31 runs scored in 31 games. My prediction: He will finish this season with more runs scored than games played.

Good prediction.

I don't recall this being done. It probably has somewhere in the annals of baseball history. Requirement playing at least 2/3rds of teams games.
I looked it up. In the late 1800s Billy Hamilton scored 198 runs. In anywhere near Modern times Sammy Sosa and A Rod have come close.

Missed it by 3 games. Not a great guess, but not horrible either. Go Twins!
