WTH is your deal Phil?

I wanted Dubnyk extended?

Can you read?

I think you were okay keeping him from year to year until they found a playoff goalie because there was nothing out there. Too bad Dubes could never be that hot playoff goalie he was in Dec/Jan.

Ask the rest, has there been any bigger get-rid-of-Dubnyk poster than me?
FROM DAY ONE

All my texts yesterday were "how can we just give Dubnyk away"
My response has always been from DAY ONE to give him away to anyone, and still pay what we got suckered into
Getting nothing back was inevitable and should have been done years ago
Can I make it clearer?

I dubbed him NTG because of your response the day we got him ... He's Not The Guy ...

I can tell i missed those posts.

I had it as
Not That Good

I don't think you're clear enough on this subject.

Care to try again?

I would have moved our HS goalie into the net most nights before "being okay with keeping him"

I give up

As much as I love the sport, the draft doesn't do much for me. It would be different if we had a top 3 pick. Draft slots like ours usually means some random prospect that we won't see for years, if at all. It's not like the NFL or NBA where you know it's good/bad/ugly right out of the gate.

Amazing that 6 years after our first Dubes signing with are going for Fluery and Kuemper possibly.....Lets not help Las Vegas please.

We already helped them with Haula and Tuch.

Hey, Brent Burns was the 20th pick in his draft. Every year there are guys like that outside the top 3. The fact that the Wild almost never pick them doesn't mean they aren't there.

We have the guy responsible for picking Brock Boeser and a couple of other studs running our draft now.

Rumors are that the Yotes are making Taylor Hall available for trade. Anyone interested? He has never fully lived up to expectations, but he is still incredibly talented and faster than hell.

Not to mention, he has generally played on some pretty shitty teams.

For the right price but nothing too high. He's about a point per night guy but a lot of missed time over the years.

Yep, it could be tricky because they can only acquire negotiating rights and he is scheduled to become a UFA on Friday.

The Yotes don't pick until the 4th round tonight and are apparently willing to take a mid round pick.

We have the money since we have Mikko and some of Dubes off the books.

And Donato.

At the moment, the Wild have a little over $12.5 million in cap space.

I was thinking that Lehner would be a good fit for you guys, but then he signed a big deal with Vegas. Is there any truth to the rumor that Dumba might possibly be moved? It was mentioned on the NHL network.

Yeah, after the top 10 go, it's just a ton of kids you won't see for a while. The Hawks pick 17, and I think I'll just catch up with stuff in the morning.

There has been pretty strong speculation that Dumba is on the block. The Brodin extension made the speculation even stronger.

The destination I hear most often for Dumbo is Vancouver.

That's an interesting possibility. He's one of those players who just seems like he should be better than he plays.

Not to mention Soucy getting a 3 year contract too.

It's a perfect time to trade Dumba. His stock is high after showing good leadership in the bubble.
