Another bad goal. Stalock needs to step up. Not seeing anything like it so far. What are we doing here? If we lose this game, at least I can fall back on it being just an exhibition game. But realistically, this is what we got. We are playing like crap. Our goaltending isn't great, so step up the defense. We aren't doing it at all.

Very sweet one-timer goal by Dumba. I always liked that guy.

Because of his abilities, or because some of us don't?

We have a conditional first round pick coming from Pittsburgh. I'm looking for the conditions, but I bet them getting the #1 pick overall would be a condition where we don't get the pick. I'm looking for the conditions. Anyway Pittsburgh is in trouble.

SHEA WEBER
D, MONTREAL CANADIENS

Shea Weber scored a goal and assisted on two others in Wednesday’s 4-3 Game 3 victory of the Pittsburgh Penguins.
A huge night for Weber and the Canadiens who have now taken a 2-1 series lead with a chance to upset the Penguins on Friday. Weber opened the scoring five minutes into the opening frame when a rebound jumped right out to him in front. Pittsburgh answered back with three straight but Weber earned himself a couple of secondary assists on goals by Jonathan Drouin and Paul Byron to tie it before Jeff Petry got the winner in the final frame.

If Pittsburgh gets eliminated they have the option of deferring the pick that they owe the Wild until next year. I don't know if they make that decision before or after the lottery. My assumption is that it is after the lottery, since the original date, when the deal was made, was June 29 and after the NJL lottery would have taken place.

I still haven't been able to find the conditions on the FRP, but I did find this which is IMO amusing considering Pittsburgh's current predicament.

As for the first-round pick the Wild are getting from Pittsburgh, it might as well be considered a second-round pick. The Penguins are one of the best teams in the NHL, and it wouldn’t be all that surprising if they made a nice push in the playoffs. However, this year’s draft class is very deep. Even a late first-round pick could still land a very good player.

If they get eliminated I'm 99.9% certain they will defer the pick. Crap.

I am working at my kitchen table, so I might be able to listen to it on the Sirius machine. Hockey on the radio is great!

He was the old North Stars guy, right? Pat Foley is really good on the radio, but he's on t.v. more nowadays.

Al Shaver is the greatest broadcaster to ever broadcast a sport. Man did he make the games on the radio come alive.

The game is just starting and I'm already ticked. We're the home team. They're supposed to sing the home team's anthem second. What the heck?

Whats up with the sudden inability to win a faceoff?
We're setting records in futility at that right now.

Not long now until we find out our draft position. It would be so awesome to get the #1 pick. I won't be surprised at all if Pittsburgh gets it.
