Status: online 		Boldy is a move that would make sense. He is big power forward, who can match LV's heavy game. He's also a winner, who played a key role in a pair of Team USA gold medals. Boldy plays with a high hockey IQ. Put him on the left side with Fiala and Hartman. A power player who can work the boards and score will open some ice for Fiala.

Status: online 		At this point it looks like 50-50 at best that Boldy is in the lineup tonight. Evason's comment is that Boldy is "available to us if we see fit to put him in." It sounds like it will be a game time decision.

Listening to Russo when he was on with PA this morning it sounded like having Boldy on the ice today could mean he gets his first taste of the NHL......
Or it was all just a smoke screen....... time will tell.

I'd just like to see Boldy play before we head into the offseason. Boldy won't save the series for us, but I would rather go down with him playing sight unseen over Bjugstad.

Exactly.

I would take some solace and satisfaction out of forcing a Game 7 after being down 3 games to 1.

I wonder if Guerin is behind the push to see Boldy.

I like Fleury a lot, but he has a history of inconsistency. He’s just as capable of laying an egg as he is playing well. Let’s bet on bad Fleury making an appearance tonight. P.S., I can’t stand listening to pierre talk his nonsense anymore! He’s terrible.

Status: offline 		To be honest, the NHL playoffs are becoming a joke due to the terrible officiating.
It has become a game of goons rather than quality hockey due to the old "let them play" mantra.
It doesn't matter what game you watch, it has become a game that revolves around the refs letting everything go no matter how bad. Star players like McDavid are getting mugged constantly.
Cross checks are allowed....as long as you don't break your stick on a guys ribs you are ok....interference and holding have been removed from the rules all of a sudden....getting real hard to watch any of the games. I am waiting for Oglethorpe to make an appearance at any time. LOL

I don't know why Bjugstad is on the playoff roster. He's been playing in the NHL for at least 30 years. Very slow.
