ORIGINAL: stfrank You can add everybody's whipping boy Victor Rask to the unsung list as well. Sure, his skating will always be a liability, but whenever he's in the lineup he seems to be getting points. I'm hoping that at some point that will translate into a good trading chip for Guerin. I missed the last period last night, but wasn't at all surprised to see we won another one. Keep it rolling!! I fell asleep between the second and third periods, so I missed the end too. Sounds like they must have tightened up in the defensive zone. Edmonton was swarming in the second. The biggest issue with Rask is what he gives you for the money. He is limited as a skater, but he has some skills and he is a hard worker and a very smart player. I bag on the guy and it's because he has a knack for turning over the puck, however, he also has a knack for getting into scoring positions, without being covered, and scoring or assisting on goals. Brodin and Dumba with beautiful assists last night. Brodin's speed entering the zone and the pass was breath-taking. The 2nd was scary, 20-6 against us for shots, Talbot is rock solid and so calm. Can you imagine Doobs seeing all those big orange jerseys flying into the zone like that? It would have been a floppy mess!
