Phuck!

We may have just Faligno for the playoffs. Freaking cheap shot to his knee 🤬🤬

Phucking Avalanche. Dirty team.

Yup. 10 minutes after a cheap shot on Kulikov that we had to fight over. Their goal was pretty soft by Fleury so, pretty much a normal NHL night so far.

Really? I didn't think that goal was that soft.

Well, we got our home ice for the 1st round so that was good.
That hit on Foligno was a cheap shot that deserves numerous games of suspension. Hoping it's just a bruise and not any damage to the knee for Moose.

Both Foligno and Zucks practiced today, hopeful news.

Both Foligno and Zucks practiced today, hopeful news.

“It’s the playoffs. That’s my biggest answer,” Foligno said when asked how he felt. “It’d feel wrong sitting out and just tried to get back and obviously feeling a lot better (Saturday) and got good news from docs. Just something you gotta play through for a while, and I can do that. Obviously, there’s a little bit more equipment on the knee, but other than that, I feel pretty good, skating-wise, and I wouldn’t be out there if I didn’t feel like I could play. So, I feel pretty good.”

I'd say that sounds pretty hopeful indeed.

Oh, lovely. We’re going to be paired with the Bruins/Canes series. These games are sure to go to OT’s making it a bitch to figure out where we’ve been sent too until the triple OT is over 🤬

It's going to suck because half of our games won't drop the puck until 9 pm at the earliest.

Alright. MAF starts. I’ll either be an idiot or a genius. I’ve been told over and over he’s about to step it up. I really hope this is my Mo Clarrett moment and u guys are ribbing me for years 🥵

I had a feeling Fluery would get the start tonight.....
You don't trade for a future HOF goalie to make him sit on the bench to start the playoffs.

Not a good start giving up the first goal and now they have some momentum.

This game is going just the way the Blues want it to.....lots of penalties so they can beat us with their PP.

The 2nd goal was pathetic. Kulikov was wandering around like a 3rd grade soccer player no where near where he should be. Every time he's been on the ice folks scramble around due to his lack of discipline. FFS.

Here's my whiney post. So much for home ice advantage. The blues just seem to have our number.

Who would have thought the Timberwolves would be more competitive in the playoffs than the Wild?

The Blues have gotten into our heads and know it. They have had our number for a long time now and we just can't seem to get past them....could be a short series in the favor of the Blues.
Just like Chicago in the past, or the Yankees for the Twins...not a good match up at all.

Post season pro sports in Minnesota is just groin kicks, one after another.

The futility at the city level is almost unimaginable.

Agreed. They are too fixating on how to match up with the Blues instead of playing their own game.

They've got to figure out that Blues goalie. They just couldn't get anything past him.

It's not rocket science, just roll 4 lines and play hockey the way they know how and we will be good.
Keep worrying about match ups and they will continue to look lost.

Our ST's have been crap all year. Recipe for losing in the playoffs. 0/6 says all you need to say. MAF wasn't this great savior either. I wouldn't blame him but he hardly stole the game like i've heard he's capable of. Start Talbot tomorrow.

I agree. Start Talbot tomorrow night and stay the hell out of the penalty box!
If we keep giving them PP chances we have no chance with our "Not so Special Teams."
