From what the articles are saying, it's good thing I went to bed after the 1st period. They got on the board with the first goal of the game, had one disallowed, and then did nothing the rest of the night. We are a team in flux talent wise and it shows. We have a few pieces, but not enough to be a top team yet. The biggest problem though, is we got out worked by the Kraken. We aren't a very good team when we aren't working hard. A little ditty from Russo: Kaprizov yet again failed to win a lot of his battles. Fiala yet again was his typically careless self with the puck all game long. After Fiala made an offensive-zone mistake and Kaprizov a defensive-zone mistake en route to Haydn Fleury’s wraparound, tie-breaking, eventual game winner in the second period, Evason split Kaprizov and Fiala and ended the short-lived experiment of even thinking of playing two high-risk players like them together.
