Sounds like some Rudy Gobert rumors that would be interesting but maybe a bit old style? I think it would be great to have an actual center starting for us to do the dirty work needed down low.

He's really special on both ends. Elite shotblocker with both hands with amazing timing and coordination. Very good feet and length allow him to switch onto perimeter players, and he'll likely be outstanding at defending the pick-and-roll.

Offensively, he's a 3 level scorer. Shot 41% on 3s, has a good face-up and turnaround jumper and is an elite, ambidextrous finisher inside.

Solid ballhandler that can bring the ball up and turn the corner on guys. Good vision and passing chops.

With Chet its all going to hinge on how he handles contact on both ends, as he's even skinnier than rookie Kevin Durant. Can he hold his ground on defense? Can he handle contact on offense?

He's the scary decision. Front offices are going to be just as nervous to possibly take him as to possibly pass on him as either move could be a reputational disaster.

It’s that last part that scares me. Well maybe ‘scare’ is too harsh but you get what I mean. There’s a chance he could get eaten up in the NBA.

Just as important were his surges as a shooter; Moore hit 41.3 percent of his 3s, 80.5 percent of his free throws, and maintained an effective field-goal percentage of 56.9 percent, per KenPom. “The shots he was passing up — wide-open shots — his first couple of years, he was shooting (last season),” Carrawell says. “He was knocking them down with no hesitation. Usually if he missed his first 3-point shot his freshman or sophomore year, he would be hesitant (the next time), and catch it and put it on (the floor). Now it was just like he kept firing away.”
