ORIGINAL: Daniel Lee Young If my receiver runs a curl.. and can’t sell it to get the DB off him.. the guy was in Jefferson’s back pocket…FFS.. I don’t throw it.. Why? Was that the ONLY 5 yard route? Do you think Jefferson has maybe just a bit more attention on plays like that? Doing what they expect is why we have zero first downs Goddammit are you spend the next 4 quarters bitching about the same pass in the first series? oh I could pick any..ANY of kirks brilliant throws so far, but we’ve only run 6 plays.. Let's just stipulate that you hate everything Kirk does, and then you can just comment on the outliers. If Kirk you haven't figured out what Kirk is yet, there's not much left to say. yea, this aged well.. Take off the Cousins glasses.. He fn Sucks.. Career 60-60-2 Not my kind of QB and his play tonight, under the big stage lights, needing to lead, and perform at the “franchise tag” level he is paid at, and instead, being a punk ass coward, should open the eyes of ALL the KC stans. Not holding my breath. No Kirk glasses here. He's a good to very good QB who needs things to go right and a good to great situation around him. He's not going to carry the team much, if at all, game to game. But he's the QB we have, probably for at least a year past this one, because the owners have mandated competitiveness for the playoffs and he's the best possibility for accommodating that. If you want to blame him for everything, and you clearly do, that's fine, but it's also tiresome. Until he melted down starting with the second INT, he was having a pretty good game last night, certainly good enough to win. But he did melt down as the game was going out of reach anyway.
