Foligno and Reaves have been marked men by the zebras. They are looking to penalize them for anything and everything and if they can throw them out, all the better.

Should they consider sitting them in Game 6?

At this point I think they stick with what they have. You know Dean, "we have to play the way we play"....

I'm kind of leaning toward the opposite. Switch it all up for one last hurrah. I never thought I'd say this - but put Fleury in goal (he's due for one of his once-in-ten-great-games), and put in Goligoski, and anyone else who has been watching from the press box during the playoffs, and just let them fly.

Crazy?

Probably.

Just like last year when they waited until it was an elimination game to make any changes.....
You are probably right on!
And after Floppy gives up a few soft goals we will be head hunting their top players by the 3rd period. It won't be pretty.
There are lots of fans ready to fire Dean with his terrible playoffs track record and I'm close to jumping on that bandwagon.

I think of it a bit different. The refs didn't favor Dallas until Dumba took out Capt Canada. After that, it was on (in their eyes). If Pavelski was Polish they wouldn't have cared 1 bit.

Just so many chances in game 4 that slipped away....7 breakaways w/o scoring.

Worse than being Capt Canada, Pavelski is a cheesehead! Him and Suter are homeboys from the land of beer and cheese.....

Dean Evason said they’re considering tweaking their lineup, a big “blender,” in terms of ideas the staff discussed. And yes that includes the Kaprizov and Boldy lines #mnwild .

Sounds like maybe they are listening to you Lynn.

Sneaky Dean.....swapping Johansson and Zuccarello. His blender must need a tune up. LOL

Because of national coverage, OT for the Canes and Isles and my basic feeling of “blah, same shit, just another year”. I missed the first and change. Turned it on and we are down and the crew is wondering where the offense is. Shocked face 😐. Ott, the new “you played the Wild “. Superstar goalie. It’s getting hard to predict. Greatest QB of all time or goalie. At least we’re consistent

LOL, we have a period left to go out there and try to beat the hell out of their top players. Seems that's all we have left since we're down 3-0 and we know we can't score against the best goalie in the world!

They got their first goal before Gus got his first save and we keep missing every chance we get.....the story of this team.

Just an absolute embarrassment. The national media is trying to spin the Fleury is a HOFer angle. Cool story bro 🤬

I see it like when the peewee's are just playing out the time on the clock and letting everybody on the bench get some ice time.....

Well that was fun, why do we have a hockey team. We certainly don't deserve to say we are the state of hockey when we can never win a playoff series.

We don't have a good hockey team, but when you look at all of the Minnesota boys in the NHL we are the state of hockey that way.

I think we need a new coach next season.....Deano has never won anything in the playoffs at any level, and it shows.

Dallas isn't a great team, but they sure showed us how far we have to go to get even to their level.

I honestly had low expectations at the start of the year and really didn't start watching much until February. I think we overachieved in the regular season.

With Ek we might have had a chance. Without, we did not.

Really sad that our star disappeared after scoring the first goal of the series. Is he worth the money?

I still want fewer tiny guys on the team.

We need at least 2 more guys like Ek at center, big and strong and capable of scoring too. I agree, for the most part our skill guys are on the smaller side and our big guys are 4th liners at best. We have 2 4th lines and 3rd and 2nd lines....no true first line. Guerin has lots of work to do and no money to do it with. I'm expecting non-playoff seasons for the next few seasons.
