Dan, you want to get rid of KOC after his first year as a head coach and 13 wins?
ha ha!
You're just blowing off steam.

Or off of his meds again.
Everyone not in the hate Kirk group is a fanboy....

Yea, you are..

By definition,

and my meds have absolutely nothing to do with KFC being a mediocre, overpaid POS wannabe, OR the stench of a packer icon putting on #4 and doing the stupidest thing I have ever seen besides HTAFK, in an NFCCG.

If you defend KFC, or try to put blame for his complete lack of top tier “leadership”, any where else, you are by definition, a fanboy.

Every team but 2-3 put their best team on the field by game one of 2022; same will apply in 2023.....whatever direction you want to keep telling yourself or patting yourself wherever---was not the direction the FO, Coach, etc. thought to put the best team out there. Take your meds, don't take your meds....I don't care.

“Keep the talk of my meds out of your mouth..”

( Will Smith to Chris rock Slap….)

Lame ass ****..

Yeah, what was that? Smith comes off looking like a weenie slapping Rock. Either hit him square with your fists or stay in your seat. Either way his image would be better than it is now.

Six of the first nine games are road games. And 2 of those 3 home games are likely losses vs Philthy and SF.

I would rather they had a soft schedule early, build confidence, and start pulling off upsets late in the year.

A slow start, and some teams thinking they pull an upset by beating a team that was 13-4 last year, and we might be wanting the team to tank for Caleb in December.

9-8 and compete for division and wild card all the way to final week.

NFC has no clear top teams IMO.

49ers have QB issues. And when you have a running QB like Philly, the injury odds go way up. Lamar Jackson can't even finish a season as a prime example.

My initial look had the Vikings going 7-10, maybe 8-9.

Last year I said the Vikings would win no less than 10 games, am not as optimistic this year, even with the positive addition of Flores.

early betting line for week2 only has Philly as 5.5 point favorites.

ROFLMAO, time to see if my phone apps are taking early bets, this looks like Free Money.

In breaking news first reported by Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, the Vikings agreed Friday night to trade Smith to the Browns in exchange for a fifth-round draft pick in 2024 and a fifth-round pick in 2025. Additionally, the Vikings reportedly will give up a sixth-round pick and a seventh-round pick in 2025.

Maybe I'm not the talent evaluator I think, but given Smith can be damn good (if not hurt, which is a problem) this seems like we were willing to give up Smith for a bag of chips as long as they pay the salary.

Guy didn't want to play on his current contract
Disappeared for large portion of 2nd half of season
Probably not enough snaps for Davenport, Hunter, Smith combined
I was hoping for more compensation... but it is what it is... salary dump

A good negotiator wouldn't have had to give 2 picks back.

We seem to buy high and sell low. I thought KAM was a former wall streeter. Maybe this is why he’s a former one.

The more I see of KAM GM- wise ….

I’m beginning to think all the good gm’s already have or had jobs, and we got Chinese knockoff, second hand Management.

Giving back picks and eating part of the salary of a guy who didn’t even want to play for a new DC?

F him, f that.

Dumbass..

Now Cleveland has to tank and we need to finish second or third in our division for the pick exchange to be worth a crap.

This is disappointing. I thought with the Hockenson trade, KAM was starting to figure it out. This is a definite regression.

I'm surprised we got anything for him. I figured all the teams interested would just wait until we released him.

Smith was a dam good player for 10 games until he got nicked up. I thought we should have kept him. You can never have enough good pass rushers.

I remember a time when Speilman would trade a 5th for a 6th and a 7th and he was an idiot.

We need to relax. This wasn't Hunter we traded. It was an injury prone guy with a high cap number.

Maybe we use this cap space for Leonard Floyd, who KOC has ties too.

If we flip this cap space for Floyd or CB Griffin, it would be a win.

The Vikings are building up draft capital for Caleb Williams, one 5th rounder at a time 😉.
