Kirk has poor pocket presence and doesn't see things quickly, the late throws are a problem. Add to that, poor pocket presence, he has to cover it up with great, accurate throws.

It was clearly a sarcastic shot at the Vikings and the fans who were predicting 13 wins. It had nothing to do with your post, other than it was a good jumping on point for it.
