I guess we have a chance to find out if we drafted a Brock Purdy or Tom Brady this year a little earlier than expected. Good luck Rook!

Would be ok seeing Hall keep his composure throughout the game and sustain some drives. Does he seem to quickly process most of the things? Does he have the deer in the headlights look, or have happy feet and jitters after the 1st quarter? How is his accuracy? Do the other offensive players look inspired or at least supportive? Would be curious to know the criteria the regime uses in their evaluation for basically his first game, and how much of it is the simple eye test.

IF we win this game with a rookie 5th round draft pick, it will be because the defense played out of their minds.

We've won a couple of games that way already this year. I have faith.

Hall will get a baptism of fire. It's no mystery what Atlanta will try to do. They will bring the house early and often and see how Hall can handle extreme pressure. The few things I read before Cousin's injury indicated that KOC is happy with the way Hall has been progressing. We may find out that Jaren is more prepared to play than we thought.

The Falcons are starting Taylor Heinicke, so it's not exactly going to take the 2000 Ravens defense to win this game.

KOC mentioned the positives of Hall's brief stint last week. Sounds like he plays the part very well up until the snap, so that's good. Would have been a great time for JJ's return because with all the blitzing Hall will need to get the ball out quick. Mattison certainly isn't the pass catching type. And Osborn struggles with passes that are not well thrown.

Time for KOC to dial up some well-designed plays like misdirections to keep the D off balance and make them pay. Play Akers. Conversely, things could deteriorate to a steady diet of attempts to the double-covered Addison, 5 yard checkdowns to the stumbling-bumbling Hockenson, and ineffective runs.

The big question is will Hall wear a wristband

My guess is TJ and the rest of the TEs will play a big role. I'm sure all has been told when in doubt, keep your feet moving and look for the big target.

I think the Flore's defense has made Kirk a better QB (I especially liked his last 2 games), and it should also help Hall facing blitzes every day in practice.

Hall should be accelerated towards his ceiling, but we have no idea how that cieling might be, or how low it might actually be.

Excited to see how Hall does today. We pretty much knew what we would get with Cousins every week, so this might be kind of fun. Then again it could get ugly. Let's hope the defense comes to play.

Somewhere between dreadful doesn’t look ready and anointing him our franchise QB is a respectable outing where he escapes/moves around the pocket making the Defense pay. A good sideline out to Addison and maybe a nice deep one.

W or lose it would be nice to give to young man props for a good game.

Not having Darrisaw in the line up is a big blow. Rookie will need good protection.

He’s not the most set up a rookie can be.

Not expecting much with the Vikings offense, I think they will score 1 TD, and 2 FGs.

The Falcons probably have a slight edge at QB because of experience, but I think the Vikings have the edge with a better defense. Gonna go with the Vikings on this one:

Vikings 20, Falcons 13

I think the Vikings defense will match the Falcons offense with each getting one TD.

KOC should let Hall throw the ball around a little.
