Ideally Darnold plays well, even in a loss as, it could be enough to attract another team towards wanting in on a tag and trade.

Mild Card weekend so far.

For the last half the 4th qtr Tomlin looked like he was constipated. Had a haunchy stance like he was trying to use gravity to help things along.

You would too if you had to chose between Wilson and Fields I'd rather start Mullens. Seriously.

LOL

I didn't see the game, but was Wilson bad?

20/29, 270 yards, 2 TDs, 0 INT, 0 FUM.

Looks like this loss was on the defense (and maybe the running game. 11/29/0...)

Steeler we’re down 21-0 at the half..

Baltimore ran 13 times straight for a touchdown..

Pittsburgh could not stop Jackson, or Henry..

I don't care what Campbell's response would have been, I want KOC standing up to him, and maybe even getting into Campbell's head.

Something like "the same game plan you used tonight, is not going to work on us again in 2 or 3 weeks".

50 rushes, 299 yards!

Yeah, looks like Baltimore ran on every play in that 13 play drive to go up 14-0. On their next drive they ran a bit then just passed down the field to go up 21-0.

It was probably over after the 13 running plays.

To help David out, the comments were said after the Detroit game, so I said KOC's response would be "in 2 or 3 weeks".

Detroit has a bye for the first week, in 2 weeks would be if Minnesota, Philadelphia and Tampa Bay won.

3 weeks from that game would be for example if Minnesota, GB and Washington won. Minnesota gets Washington (which would be 2 weeks from the Viking/Lion game), GB plays Detroit.

Minnesota beats Washington and Detroit beats Green Bay, so 3 weeks after the Viking/Lion game, the Vikings play again in Detroit for the NFC Championship.

I hope Darnold is on fire Monday Night.
I hope we roast the Rams.
Smoke em.
Burn their CB’s deep.
Light these guys up.

Too current?

I didn't really like it that Dan Campbell said "See you in 2 weeks" to KOC. He is getting in KOC's head, showing that he is a step ahead.

I wish KOC had responded to that with something like "If it's in 2 weeks, or 3 weeks, I guarantee you'll see a MUCH better Vikings' team than what you saw tonight".

How would that work?

I don’t see the problem.

That's my bad. I was just looking at the bracket and thinking Detroit played the winner of the MN/LA game.

For those of you having a great weekend so far let me remind you. We took Mike Hughes over Lamar Jackson

We also passed on Kyle Hamilton to move back and draft Cine…

We passed on Quinn Meinerz to take Wyatt Davis. We have to be the worst in the NFL at evaluating and developing IOL.

Yeap. Game was over at the half. Wilson didn't do anything in the first and had decent stats in the 2nd but that game was never a contest.

No problem Dave. There was a FB meme or graphic that had the playoffs laid out that Detroit would play Minnesota automatically, not taking seeding into consideration.

I thought you were thinking the quote was from this week, and that we couldn't play Detroit 3 weeks from now.

I am still pulling for 2 home games leading to the Super Bowl for the Vikings.

Nix almost got his WR destroyed.

I’m surprised that kick didn’t dent the post. Sucker was moving

On WC weekend when the #2 AFC seed wins at the 1:00 time slot the #2 NFC team playing next at 4 has never lost.

He’s going to be limited with Nix. Hope he’s around just long enough to face us with JJM leading us.

They want to blame everything on the back up WR's like not getting feet down on that 4th down, but Love sailed the ball high, and not his fault?

Just enjoying seeing them implode
