ORIGINAL: twinsfan Twins take pitcher Castellano in Rule 5 draft. I like it. Nothing to lose. He can be the last arm out of the bullpen all year. I mean, I'd rather have upside than Caleb Thielbar or ol' Longhair Thunderbutt taking that spot. "Baseball America’s J.J. Cooper, a Rule 5 Draft enthusiast, called Castellano “one of the most talked-about names pre-draft. One of the better combos of stuff and readiness.”" Weird you are comparing him to 2 lefties when he is a RHP... Why is that weird? You need a LHP out of the pen. Matt was talking about the tail end of the BP, not lefty/righty roles. His examples though were actually two of our top three the last two years for LH. Caleb and Funderburk were frightening closer to the middle of the BP for usage.
