Absolutely astounding. 4th and 13. And they were not even close to getting the snap off. KOC is so messed up but Wentz looked shellshocked like Darnold out there. No awareness at all.

Word on the street is KOC is lobbying the NFL for a 45 second play clock in return for banishing timeouts as he considers those a waste.
