Why does it appear DePaul men's BB is hosting the University of Illinois-Chicago in a high school arena tonight? There's no way this is their regular court.

Figured it out on my own. Thanks for nothing. Ariana Grande concert at Allstate Arena tonight, so the DePaul guys were kicked out and forced to play at the women's arena.

Can we just come out and call Grayson Allen the biggest douchebag of all time?

I'm ready to.

Duke really struggling early against Virginia Tech. Will be interesting to see if they can overcome this deficit.

The Grayson Allen suspension is looking to be over. What a bad performance by Duke in this one.

Really, it's classic Coach K.

Do as I say, not as I do.

When things are great it's me, Coach K.

When they're not, I'll take a medical leave.

What a Fraud

Maurice Watson one of the top PG's in the country is out for the season. Creighton had a legitimate chance to be a Final 4 team this year. Still a lot of talent on this team, but what an opportunity has probably passed.

Been a Gonzaga lover ever since they became March Madness darlings decades ago ...
Great to see them have a legit national title contending team this year.
Like that squad a lot.
Limited by their schedule, but man they seem loaded with athletes.
Would love to see them hang a banner.

IIRC Gonzaga rose to prominence under former Gophers coach Dan Monson. He got that program going then brought his coaching talents to Minnesota replacing Clem Haskins and the Gophers have never been good since. Funny how things work out.

I see Pitino got a whopping 5 games for the biggest sex scandal in the history of the game.

Was that self-imposed as well?

Boggles my mind how much that one has flown under the radar in the media. In addition to UNC's.

And a school like the U gets damn-near the death penalty for a couple minor infractions
The NCAA hypocrisy continues, and still knows no bounds.

Or OSU gets in trouble for players selling their OWN jerseys.

NCAA will be dead soon enough. Hopefully.

Penalty seems very light. If this had happened at Minnesota I agree it would have been death penalty.

Pitino is butt hurt over the unfair penalties imposed on Louisville. You can't make this shit up.

Should I use this thread or the NCAA basketball thread in the Gophers section? Those threads need to be merged.

A USC basketball player was just ejected for punching a guy in the nuts. Ouch!! Bill Walton doing the game. Pretty hilarious commentary as usual.

What a huge game out west tonight! Gonzaga at St Mary's. Looks like a HS gymnasium. But it's the #12 and #11 teams in the country. Very cool.
