Now that the game has started we should be able to see everyone's picks - but all I see are the X's. Can anyone else see the picks that others have made?

In the past we saw how every ranked games is a better way to phrase it.

I picked Giants at eight. That made me better than almost everybody. Only James, Jim and Stacy had them at less.

If they don't make picks for today are they not eligible to make picks this week at all? Or do they just lose the points for tonights game?

The latter. What we've done in the past is assign the full 16 points for the losing team in tonight's game and then I can manually input their picks and weightings for the rest of the week.

I am going to be at a meeting from about 4:00 until 7:00 or so today so I won't be around to input any late picks, but Jim Frenette has the same commissioner powers or the other possibility is that if someone posts it here and the time stamp says they got it in time we can override the system.

We're all doing pretty pitifully in this week's picks pool. A couple of interesting game finals that just go to show you - - - and given Sunday.

Midterms this week Grad school is harder than I could have imagined and takes up all my time. I really hate the Thursday games. I used to love to tw eak picks on Saturday or Sunday when life slowed down for a second...Now picks are like flipping coins, if I get them in it is without one once of thought. I usually do them in 5 minutes or less on Thursday morning. I wish the system let us just do out picks for the whole season, and then be able to edit them before the game starts. So we would only have pick Thursday's game on Thursday. Deadline for the rest could be 11AM Sunday.
