Apparently it's well past the cutoff now. I was listening to Gleeman & The Geek this afternoon. They said they couldn't think of another organization in baseball that wouldn't have Berrios up here right now. The only exception would be a team like Cleveland who runs 4 deep in high quality veteran starters. Pretty much the same for Chargois. They questioned why they would hold a spot for someone like Ramirez and keep J.T. at AAA.

Sounds like a young right handed Liriano. Can't wait to see how they screw him up.

Maybe this is why they draft so poorly. The best prospects tell them don't bother drafting me because I won't sign with a team that promotes players through the system so slowly.

They project purely from within. If the Twins have a full rotation of home-grown guys, it'll be something.

Well if he's a young Liriano, lets get that TJ surgery out of the way now....

Well...Baseball America does project Gonsalves to be in the rotation in 2019 in their mid-season prospects.

So that is 3 years.

At a minimum, Gonsalves should get an invite to ST next year, then pitch in September in the bigs.

So should Stewart.

Will whomever is at the top of the heap have more advancing plans?

We'll see.
