I was telliing my wife that.
It would be a hell of a story to have an American Leauger play SS and Pitcher in modern times.

Never understood how almost every HS pitcher is the best hitter on the team, yet so many who get to the majors aren't sure which end of the bat to use.

That really is strange as you say. Is Bumgarner about the only pitcher in the majors who is an average to good hitter?

Seriously? The Twins need another bat. The OF crew really needs to step it up. All in horrendous slumps at the same time. Buxton may simply be over-matched. Kepler has been declining since that two month torrid streak in June and July last season. Rosario is a hot and cold hitter.
