When owners talk, a deal gets done or not. Joe Lacob and Glen Taylor have talked. Nothing left to hash out. KLove remains a TWolf. For now.

As @sam_amick reported a couple of days ago and remains true today, Klay Thompson is adamant about max deal.

Hasn't Curry already gotten the warriors max deal?

I'd also like to see a timeline of how many assets Denver has now wasted on Afflalo.

1. Giving him a terrible contract
2. Trading him with a first to get Iggy, then losing Iggy for nothing.
3. Trading a very promising young asset to get him back.

@WojYahooNBA: Joel Embiid's seriously in play for three spots in top part of lottery: 76ers (3), Celtics (6), Lakers (7)

Pretty much what I was guessing. I think Hinkie takes him at 3. I'm going to pissed if the Lakers come out of this with their next Franchise Center.

Just fine with me. I would like to see just how good the Wolves can be this year with Love.

Rumors have it that Boston is trying to get the number 1 pick, to send to the Wolves for Love. Boston also got information on Embiid"s medical condition too. Love nixed a trade with Cleveland, but it still looks like Boston is in play.

For this to happen the Cavs have to like the package from Boston for the #1 pick more than the Wolves like it for Love. If that happens than the Wolves end up getting Parker or Wiggins plus salary filler for Love.

Absolutely. The Caves are rumored to be looking to move the number 1 pick, for the reason of not blowing 2 number 1's in a row. They may also be interested in established payers and more then 1 pick, more so then the Wolves. Flip wants to be able to say the only reason I traded Love is we got another great player.

Zagoda asked a question, if Embid drops to 5 if Wolves should trade Love to get that pick. I didn't reply, but right now it's a big risk just drafting him, why compound it by trading an all star for that pick. If he dropped to 13, I say pull the pin

If we're trading Love, #6 this year plus some future first rounders from Brooklyn is good for me.

Their first guy is the one I've been hyping - and would love to get out of this draft: Dinwiddie.

Although I don't think he's a PG at the NBA level. He's a SG that can run an offense and do a ton with the ball in his hands.

I would not be upset at all to draft him at 13. (But I would love to trade 13 for 16 and 19 and draft him and Kyle Anderson).

Jordan Adams is on their list too. I think he has a chance to be a very Wes Matthews type of player. Both he and Anderson will be better than LaVine and Shabazz.

And Sam Presti is reading my mind....

Jonathan Givony @DraftExpress
One somewhat surprising name some think OKC could pick at 21: Spencer Dinwiddie.

WOW his downside is a guy who was in the MVP consideration after LeBron and Durant. Well if that is the absolute worst he can turn out is Noah's equal sign me up.

He is somewhat offensively challenged similiar to Noah but has been working on a new stroke this summer. He also gets to the line alot but has a bad FT%

Defensively is where he will contribute right away. He can guard a 2,3 or 4 and has a Noah like motor giving 110% all the time. This guy could be the glue we need to become a much better defensive team.

I'm in no way implying the guy won't be good, but is it just possible you overstated his case when you declared Noah to be his downside. I would be very happy with him if Noah was his upside.

Yeah. I love Gordon, but a floor of Noah is pretty crazy.

Lesser note: a few non-foreign players to watch w/ #Twolves in 2nd rd: Langston Hall (had a nice workout for them), Russ Smith, Appling.

Let it be Russ Smith. What a great replacement he would be for Barea.

Latest from NBAdraft.net Has the wolves taking the all Michigan draft of Stauskas at 13 and Mitch McGary at 40. I think a lot of people had McGary late first round,
