Very weird. Defend that, soccer guys!



Easy. Even though this was Chelsea/Arsenal it wasn't a domestic Premier League match. It was the European Championship. Domestic games are always on the weekends and take precedence so the international tourney style games had to get fit in somewhere.

Or 'embarrassing'. A team with nothing to play for versus a team that had everything to lose and they laid a complete egg.
