Someone needs to insert a glossary of terms here so that those of us who don't over analyze every single remark can figure out the nomenclature. There are a handful of initials you guys use with no explanation as to who you're talking about, which means that some of us can't figure out your posts - which might not be such a bad thing.

And yes, I know that refers to Nick Punto. Beyond that - it's hit and miss.

OK, fill in as needed.

, Sparky(as called by Gardy in the past) also refer to Nick Punto

Caca/Brain Fart - Alexi Casilla

GoGo - Carlos Gomez

Uncle Del - Delmon Young

Morny - Justin Morneau

Baby Jesus - Joe Mauer

OCAB/TAWS - Orlando Cabrera

or GardenHeimer after his football mirror Shottenheimer who frequently gets his teams to the playoffs and then chokes out in the first round.

Excellent! Thank you.

One note I would make - the name "CarGo" was MUCH better for Carlos Gomez than "GoGo."

I only say that because I coined "CarGo."

Of course many of them are obvious (Morny - Morneau). I'm glad to finally know who TAWS is. What is that supposed to spell out?

Oh shoot - I just realized I had half my brain turned off. I just flipped that switch so all of this should be obvious to me from here on out.

CTHOBP was also the moniker for former Twin Tony Batista. Standing for Crouching Tiger/Tony Hidden OBP.

Wormkiller is another former Twin, Jacque Jones, known for his Johnny Damon-esque throwing arm.

LewLew for Lew Ford .... I preferred "Iron Man" (for his habit of ironing his shirts while they were on)

Tan Man for Marty Cordova .... He of the rich, cortinthian leather for skin

Lucky Bastard for Scott Erickson .... I mean, look at him.... and his wife

Murdered Row (A Sweens original) for any lineup featuring Punto/Tolbert/Casilla, etc ....

Lumpy for Matt Lecroy .... no explanation needed, from the character on Leave it to Beaver, to his physique, to the Jeopardy question .... "what consistency do Matt Lecroys underwear appear to be?" Christ, the guy made Frank Robinson cry.

Bah!

Okay, I'll work on another contribution sometime. You have to admit it beats "Uncle Del" though.

Hey! Hey!
Uncle Del was highly creative, descriptive, and informative. (if you've ever had an Uncle Del)
The bib overalls and Red Wing boots topped off the nickname perfectly.

I think CarGo is clever, it just doesn't fit Gomez as well - especially if you say the two nicknames out loud.

I coined the phrase Fat Stairs when Stairs was with the Cubs.  Doesn't apply to the Twins, obviously, but I wanted to show off.

Really too many to name.
I think we come up with at least a couple keepers every game-night.
(and forget most of them)
