Tom Brady was a 6th round pick yet the chart says 0% QB starters drafted in 6th round. Maybe they are rounding to the nearest whole #. That would require over 200 QBs drafted in the 6th round.

Abdullah would be my choice for a cut to pick up a Safety. He also will have his contract for the year guaranteed if he is on the roster for the first game. Unless they changed that rule

Unless they changed that rule we are $800k under the cap...we are going to sign a safety, we better sign one before we're on the hook to pay the player we're planning to cut for him.... we should have traded jacksonville a 5th and 7th for safety ronnie harrison, a 2nd round pick in '18.... you know that spielman is talking to cleveland for sendejo...right?...spielman has brzezinski trying to find a loophole in the cba where we can play our first game with only 52 players - thus no guaranteed contract....

I just looked it up and the first NFL draft was 1936 and had 9 rounds so it perfectly met my logic.

From what I hear Osborn was good at WR in camp. Oh he can play WR, but he is taking up a roster spot normally/often reserved for a KR/PR, and that is the real reason he made the roster.

I’m a bit more relaxed on the interior d line because there are things we can do with scheme to help them out because there are elite defenders behind them and next to them. Also, perhaps they’ll be average or even above- we don’t really know yet. That interior o line must stand on their own. Come on big surprise from Dozier and Bradbury! I don’t know what to wish for in regards to Elflein because history says there’s only one way he’s getting replaced. Can’t really wish that on him.
