Can't believe Adofo-Mensah used analytics to draft Ernest Byner when it was obvious to any area scout that he'd fumble at the goal line in the AFC Championship Game. He should have built the stadium further inland as well.

Figure out the best way to spend money on what positions....you know not spend a ton at RB, Safety, CB....whoops.

He did fast track to DC but only started coaching in 2017. He got the DC job in 2021 following Saleh's departure as HC of the Jets. 9ers D is loaded with talent.

You look at him taking Jim Brown, solid move. And yes Paul Brown was the Browns co-founder and the man the team was named after but it was still a big call to make him the head coach.

Wilf continued: Kwesi also relayed a story about not being able to get a consensus for the Browns helmet logo. So rather than make just one or two people happy, he decided to go with no logo. We like that type of innovation. We've also asked him to crunch some numbers for our main business consisting of hundreds of thousands of apartments.

Higher drafted OL like Kallil, Elflein, Bradbury, ... What is needed is really good scouting of OL. O'Neill worked out good. Cleveland isn't terrible. Darrisaw looks legit if he can stay healthy.

The determining factor in Adofo-Mensah's or any GMs success will be his ability to surround himself with good people and then listen to them.
