No doubt they were screwed when Johnson's number was called, but ... ... they lost to Bears, Broncos and Falcons, gave up 44 to the Chiefs, and were shut out by the Texans. But still, SF was a very good team. I'll admit it even though I brought up their schedule more than anyone last year. HST, every year, unless you have a Mahomes, is a crap shoot. And with those losses I don't know how you can be guaranteed anything - especially, .like the Vikings, you are playing a first place schedule

I like DTR's highlights, but if he is horrible the rest of the time. I also value QBs that win their Bowl games, but AJ McCarron has never been much more than a pretty average backup in the NFL.
