7-1 and haven't come close to playing our best game.
Everyone has room to improve, including KOC. He makes a big point about that in every post game speech. We need to stay healthy, but barring major injury to important players we will be a force in the playoffs. This team is still ascending. 1st year coach looking pretty good while learning on the job. Everyone on both sides of the ball has been learning new systems, and we're 7-1.
They have put an emphasis on being situational masters and I think it's really helping them thrive at the end of games where they used to choke more often then not under Zim. I, like the rest of you would like to see them be better than they are more often during the game, but we are not a perfect roster by any means. We are very good, probably in the 4-6 range league wide, but any given day with the right break at the right time and we can win against anybody.
I like KOC and Kwesi and I'm going to enjoy this ride as long as it lasts all the while knowing we are underdogs to go all the way.
