Keaschall HBP and out of the game. Probably a broken bone. Just our luck.

Broken forearm. The kid was a breath of fresh air and that gut-punch knocked that fresh air right out of our lungs.

Great at bats, speed. Is that a 6 week injury?

6 to 8 weeks.

Did Glen Perkins and Dennys Reyes ever appear in the same game?

Mark Anderson -> RE: Twins 2025 Game Day (4/29/2025 9:56:03 AM)

What's the latest on Royce Lewis? Is he close to coming back?

Starting to play now; about a week away it sounds.

He played Friday and Sunday. Probably a day on day off scenario and ramp him up if all goes well.

Hopefully we can get a good month of production before he goes down again.

Never would have imagined we would have a guy that is more brittle or is hurt more than Buck yet here we are.

Keaschall got me interested again. And the other young guys.

I really don't see a reason to not play him and ERod by the time Keaschall returns.

Paddack starts are so predictable. Makes Liriano starts look painless.

twinsfan -> RE: Twins 2025 Game Day (4/29/2025 9:23:27 PM)

Ty France - stud!

twinsfan -> RE: Twins 2025 Game Day (4/29/2025 9:29:33 PM)

France just grips it and rips it. Nothing fancy. Great bargain for the Twins, and even more importantly an effective player.

Too bad the rest of the lineup couldn't manage a single run the rest of the night.

And how about that "rain" delay in Cleveland? Where it didn't rain.

I think Jonny K or someone else posted they are putting the tarp down at 4:45 PM CDT and they aren't expecting a drop until 6:30 PM CDT.

By the time they starterd the game they could have nearly completed it.

Apparently Cleveland has a bad rep for delaying or calling games for no reason.
The same reporter said he heard there wasn't even more than a few drops at any time.....

Screw Bo Naylor!

Mark Anderson -> RE: Twins 2025 Game Day (5/2/2025 8:55:38 PM)

Starters doing their job. Rest of team, not so much.

When we get Royce back, start platooning Correa. He only deserves to play 3 times a week. Maybe be a late inning defensive replacement.

Red Sox showed us how doing the little things can win games. We are fundamentally poor in so many areas and no one gets held accountable.

Fire Rocco.

There was a dribbler up the middle yesterday that either Correa or Clemens could have easily made the play on. They both let it roll into the outfield untouched. It could have been a play that cost us the game.

Just zero excitement for me.....I was enjoying Keaschall doing damage on the bases.

Nice try. Exactly why I haven't watch much since he was hurt. I catch a few innings here and there.....when he was playing I made to watch his at bats.
