What a difference between the first couple of games and the last couple as far as the targeted hitting by both sides. I think it should be clear that, just looking at 5 on 5, regular play with skill players, the Wild has been the better team. Now we need to prove it by winning game 5 back at home. As a fan, the third period exhausted me. [:D]

It was more than one goal that game and it more than that game. Gus was just terrible for the last three weeks of the season. JMO, but, he was mentally broke after getting pulled in game 1 of the Olympics. He was never the same.

It is a bit too early to talk about the offseason.....but: The Wild have rights to Samuel Hlavaj also who was pretty dang good at the Olympics and saw a similar season as Jesper did in Iowa prior. I think I read that Gus has a no trade for next year I believe.
