NFL.com's Adam Schefter reports if the St. Louis Rams decide to make an in-season change, many expect that OC Al Saunders and DC Jim Haslett would be the logical interim successors as head coach. But do not forget about Rams assistant Henry Ellard, who has drawn the attention of the organization. Ellard is practically a Rams lifer, a successful player for the organization and now the wide receivers coach, a position he has held since 2001. He might be the leading candidate to take over if the Rams resort to doing what they don't want to this season.

How long before Favre is whining about being "misled" with this Jets team and is demanding a trade again?

I never thought that Favre would go there because they are a bad team with no chance of a SB - probably won't even make the playoffs.

I was shocked when he accepted that trade.  It told me he was more about either playing or money than winning another championship because that team stinks.

I still think he's going to end up demanding a trade before the deadline.
