I want to know how many yards Elliot has before contact. Man is he getting through the first line of defense clean.

drviking -> RE: College Football (Future Vikings!) (1/12/2015 10:33:05 PM)

that jones kid can throw a ball

what are his numbers against a blitz?

oregon D cant hold up, imo

David Levine -> RE: College Football (Future Vikings!) (1/12/2015 10:34:43 PM)

Ohio State is finishing drives, Oregon is leaving points on the field (at least 19).

drviking -> RE: College Football (Future Vikings!) (1/12/2015 10:44:47 PM)

have not watched a lot of college football this year, but between last year and what i have seen this year, i think the Mariota kid can play on Sundays

we will see

drviking -> RE: College Football (Future Vikings!) (1/12/2015 10:45:30 PM)

of course, he won the heisman...so probably will suck

drviking -> RE: College Football (Future Vikings!) (1/12/2015 10:47:19 PM)

this could be the drive that ends it

Richard Neussendorfer -> RE: College Football (Future Vikings!) (1/12/2015 10:47:20 PM)

Ohio St has given Oregon all kinds of chances with gift turnovers. Clearly Ohio St is the much better team.
I hope Oregon can make a run but it doesn't seem likely.

I like him. I like Teddy a lot more.

Mariota is going to have a lot to learn in the pros

Both Bridgewater and Winston are more pro ready

They haven't been holding up for a while.

Steve Lentz -> RE: College Football (Future Vikings!) (1/12/2015 10:55:55 PM)

Ohio State was the better team. They just have a lot of really gifted offensive weapons. They dominated Oregon's defensive line. What's scary is they only start 7 seniors.
I guess they did belong in the college playoffs.

Richard Neussendorfer -> RE: College Football (Future Vikings!) (1/12/2015 10:59:15 PM)

Seems like the same old ducks to me. Get hit in the mouth and fold up shop.

All that hype and then just 20 points

When they win the turnover battle 4 to 0

It is great to see the Big 10 back on top

drviking -> RE: College Football (Future Vikings!) (1/12/2015 11:13:12 PM)

kinda weird, the points say the game was not close

but the game felt sorta close for a bit...

but thinking back, OSU pretty much handled them all night, gave em four TOs, and still was not close

John Childress -> RE: College Football (Future Vikings!) (1/12/2015 11:15:07 PM)

The Ducks remind me of the Chip Kelly Eagles

They can really roll a team unprepared for this attack but once you get used to it the Chip offense is great at going 20 to 20

Much less than great in the red zone

Mariota 333 yards but just 2 TDs

Well that one hurt.

Oregon folds in the big games unfortunately.

Not as easy as it was, and not use to playing grind it out games.

I obviously like Teddy more as well. The kid goes through his progressions unlike any young QB I've seen.

I can barely remember my last team that won the big one.. '77 Blazers... Sad night...

Lost to a better team.

They will probably be the preseason #1, followed by 7 or 8 SEC teams. Then maybe TCU, followed by a couple more SEC teams......

not even close when it was close

clear difference in jimmy's and joe's

would have been nice if Oregon had their top two WR's and LT...

but they could not deal with the POWER that tOSU showed...it was like a Ferrari in a blizzard

Hats off to both teams, but damn, tOSU was impressive

I wanted the Ducks to win, but this is great for the B1G
