SCSU beat Minnesota State 7-2 and just swept UMD. Things are starting to look better.

BSU has a chance to prove itself the next month. We play the top half of the WCHA for the remainder of the year. Mankato twice, along with NMU and Bowling Green.

The better BSU does the better SCSU looks. Probably no hope of making the playoffs this year though.

Current college hockey poll
#3 Mankato
#11 UMD
#22 Beavers (tech at 25 so you don't have to whine about them being ahead of you).
#30 SCSU with 1 point in the poll after a sweep of UMD

Gophers nowhere to be found.

Huskies follow up the UMD sweep with a 6-2 shit the bed loss at W Michigan. Last two goals were EN. Hope to win tonight to get a split.

Huskies lose 2-6 again. How do we sweep UMD, beat Mankato 7-2 and then lose this badly to an OK W Michigan team?

Beavers get a split down in Mankato. We're up to 18 in the Pairwise, which is getting in striking range.

Huskies beat Miami 4-2. Miami is not good. They play again tonight. After the game the Huskies players will stick around and skate with as many fans as want to join them on the ice. I think that's pretty cool.

Another big win for Bemidji last night. This time Bowling Green was the victim. We are now 15-4-2 in the WCHA and in 2nd place. Only trail Minnesota State by 6 points. We are awesome....just wish we could watch it on TV like the olden days. [X(]

Gophers, Beavers, Bulldogs and Huskies all get sweeps. Mavericks tie Alaska Anchorage.

Huskies got a comeback from a 0-2 deficit last night road win. It was against a bottom feeding Colorado College. Hopefully they can complete the sweep tonight.

I know you're just trolling, but let's see how the H2H went. 2 ties with BSU, A Sweep of UMD, a 7-2 victory over Mankato. IIRC we did lose to the rodents.

Bemidji beats 3rd place Northern Michigan 5-0. It's a 2-team race in the WCHA. Wish we'd get the respect that Mankato gets.

Looks like, per http://bit.ly/2GWw2Lb they have a 63% chance of getting in, currently. I don't think losses to MSU hurt them. But a first-round exit could. So, as I like to say, enjoy the actual games!

A big 5-0 win for Bemidji over Northern Michigan last night. Is BSU now a lock for the NCAA tourney, even without winning the WCHA tourney? How badly would 2 losses to Minnesota State at the end of the month hurt them in the Pairwise?

Another great win at NMU. 5-1 on Saturday night. Holding strong at #12 in the Pairwise.

If we can handle our business up in Anchorage next weekend, we'll be playing for the league title in Bemidji on the final weekend.
