Never really understood fully what "you're just cheering for laundry" meant in that old Senfeld standup routine.

I try not to get too worked up about preseason in the NFL. In fact I don't watch that intently, was flipping back and forth with the Twins game. I have to say I'm continually impressed with Mr. Bridgewater. I was especially impressed with the long pass to Wallace. Nice to see those two finally hook up. Kendricks looks great at LB. Did not like how our safeties f'd up the play that led to the long touchdown pass/run. Nice to see Patterson bust a KR again. Overall I'm very optimistic, but so much depends on health in the NFL.

CBS will use pylon cameras in NFL broadcasts this season, according to NBC's ProFootballTalk.

The network is slated to broadcast NFL games on Sunday, as well as nine Thursday night games in conjunction with NFL Network.

CBS is also considering using the pylon cameras during the playoffs and for Super Bowl 50 in Santa Clara, Calif.

According to CBS, the pylon cameras give “NFL viewers the most field-level view of critical plays,” and will give viewers more than just an amplified shot of players diving into the end zone.


The pylon cameras could also be used as part of the replay review process to determine whether a touchdown has been scored.

Ok, now ESPN and their crack reporters have it figured out.
Every Patriot SB win was the result of cheating.
NE seemed to know each teams plays. Hmmm.

Question .... The Patriots release disgruntled players every year. Every year.
Ever hear them spill the beans about cheating? That's because there are no beans.
IMO, it's called out-working and out-thinking the other guys.
