WINNER!

Horrible start. Strong finish.

Whalen with 31, Maya with 16/8/10.

Tan White doesn't look like much in the box, but her hustle and defense were huge in the 4th.

Sadly/thankfully because the other game went overtime, no one got to see how bad the 1st qtr was. (unless you were watching via Live Access.) Thankfully I was at the Fair during the 1st half

With all bodies (minus Dantas) able to play, Wright, White & Peters have been able to contribute and the team as a whole has been able to come together.

At least the Lynx are back to keepping the ball moving, sharing the ball, playing off of each other and being aggressive on the offensive end. Looks like Phx is going to put LA to bed so the Western Conference Finals are going to be a blood bath

This (WNBA Western Conf Finals) will be must see TV if you are a basketball fan .... period.

OK Minnyme, give me some reasons to be optimistic against the Mercury. I see a team that is bulldozing the competition. Griner is a whole different player than last year. The Lynx have never looked like a team hitting its stride this year. How do they pull this series off?

We have to hope we get the Mercury that struggled to beat LA in game 1, not the team that steamrolled them in game 2.

The good thing is we went 1/1 against them in two close games down the stretch. We were significantly undermanned in the earlier losses.

I'm wondering why no one is picking up tonight's game locally since it is the playoffs. Not everyone gets NBA TV, I don't.

Really bad start, but incredibly sloppy play by PHX let us back into it.

Big 2nd foul on Taurasi.

We're luck to be only down 3 after 1.

Down 11 at the half and it doesn't feel that close.

We got crushed. 36% shooting, 2 assists.

Sloppy play by PHX is the only thing keeping it close.

Phoenix is tough but we have so many great players also. We need to show some pride and win at home and force the deciding game.

Phoenix really struggled in their first playoff game, but they've been crushing it since.

I'm not sure I can watch much more of this. If the Lynx didn't bother to show up, why should I?

Down 22-9 after 1.

Kent Youngblood ‏@BloodStrib 24s
Lynx were 2-for-14 shooting, were out-rebounded 10-6 and turned the ball over five times in the first quarter. A repeat of Friday so far.

Down 8 at the half.

Kent Youngblood ‏@BloodStrib 1m
Moore, Whalen and Augustus are the only Lynx players who have scored.

Tie game with 4:30left. Lynx had just been up 4.

Man, if Griner can add some lower body strength, she's going to be unstoppable.
