To make room on the roster, the #Vikings informed rookie safety Marcus Epps they’re waiving him, source said. They’d like to bring back Epps on the practice squad — if he clears.

Better not be releasing kearse for this guy.

Maybe Zim has a master plan to have Sandejo concuss Waynes and Rhodes so he doesn't have to bench them.

That is possible but usually they don't get to court right away so his suspension would likely be next year....Epps isn't a big loss....maybe Sendejo is good on ST?

OK. I haven't gone back and checked but did anyone see that Mike Wobschall is no longer working for the Minnesota Vikings?

There is no reason given yet why, but he's gone and no longer on his time on KFAN with Rosen or Paul Allen etc.

He's just gone.

Does anyone know wtf happened?

I've been wondering about that myself, geek. It must be some internal policy violation, because he's always been a positive reporting Vikings guy. I'm sure we'll hear something in the next few days. I liked his draft day stuff and his insider reports on our team.

No talk at all from either side. Could mean an ugly story.

Given his position, a good possibility would be leaking confidential/negative information to media sources, or bad-mouthing someone or something to do with the team. There is a lot of down time in an NFL media room and a lot of familiarity even with national media. Only conjecture, of course, but no one in the organization would have much patience or forgiveness for the above. He's also a human, so all kinds of bad behavior is possible even if he's basically a good guy.

It's not getting as much attention as Buffalo and New England's schedules but it is worth noting that Dallas has played the No. 30 schedule of opposing offenses and the No. 32 schedule (easiest) of opposing defenses.

I really wouldn’t describe wobby as “fun”

He was genuinely a huge fan of the Vikings. He seems like a nerdy guy who somehow got his dream job by winning an essay competition.
Whatever happened, it must be devastating for him. Hopefully it’s kept private

kearse has a november 13 court date...he might want to plead guilty and try to take his nfl suspension this season as he's apt to be making more money per game next season....

Signing Pendejo should help us curry favor with the refs and the NFL. I thought this was a joke at first.

Plus.....he's clearly guilty. Given that we as a society don't give a shitt about drunk driving except for a day or two after an innocent gets killed, he can likely plead that down because of his relatively low BAC and in Trump country, guns shmuns, he should get a good offer.

If he goes to trial and they don't put the screws to him, that would mean that the rich, powerful, and famous have a different justice system. Oh, wait............

The Political angle about Wobby being a huge Trump supporter is true, BUT if he was let go for this type of actions by the team he himself would be the first one speaking up and feeding the fire to be known why he was banished.

Linval Joseph (knee) limped through #Vikings locker room, declined to talk. Wasn’t able to practice today after being listed as a full participant yesterday.

#Vikings coach Mike Zimmer said he expects Trae Waynes to play on Sunday. On Linval Joseph, he said we'll just have to see.

Source says Eagles claim safety Marcus Epps off waivers from #Vikings. Multiple teams put in bids.

Chris Tomasson@christomasson
One source said on #Vikings it "bit them in the (butt)" trying to slide Marcus Epps through waivers and Philly picked him up. The Vikings had been reluctant all season to expose some of their rookies who barely play to waivers such as Armon Watts, Oli Udoh and previously Epps.

Ouch...
We essentially just traded Epps to Eagles to bring back Sendejo!
