I just saw where the Gophers got a 2016 commit from Rochester MICHAEL Hurt a 6-6 SG . Nice to get a home state player wrapped up already. He said he's already talking to Gary Trent and Amir Coffee to join him

Hurt has a little brother that is only in 8th grade and is tall too, and playing varsity, may be even better.

Seem to hear that a lot, that the younger brother is always better. I wonder why? Maybe they start playing with their brother at a early age

One exception: Bill Ripken.

Not that I'm a great athlete, except for golf and curling of course, but I was leaps and bounds better than my younger brother growing up.

Nice road win last night. Iowa fought back but the Gophers didn't give in. Now off to Indiana to get another win.

I think Iowa, Purdue, and Indiana are overated. Wisconsin and Maryland are the class but the conference seems a little down to me.

Ouch, they hit 18 3's. Many of them had a hand in the face also.

I watched the 2nd half on DVR after watching a Netflix movie with wife and daughter. Disappointing result. Really need this game to have any chance at .500 which is usually minimum requirement to be considered for big dance. Looks like we're destined for NIT unless some miracles are in our future.

Why do they keep playing King? The most useless starter I can recall in recent years.

Because Pitino's "athletes" at that spot can't play any offense.

or defense.

He's worn out from the tough practices.

Only thing worse than seeing how crappy we are ... Is seeing how close Bucky is to a national title.
Can't think of a worse scenario than them somehow pulling it off.
They'll probably solidify a one seed with a win tonight.

Ricky's under-achievers will be lucky to get to the NIT again.

Disappointing season, and all should shoulder the blame.

According to Gametracker we had a chance to win it at the FT line with 2 seconds left and choked.
