I was utterly shocked beyond belief that the ref's didn't all throw their flags once they saw that Favre was hurt. They sure did the game E.J. hit him.

McCarthy has done a great job thus far. But he should have challenged the spot towrds the end of the game opting for a 50+ yard FG. Grant clearly had the 1st. As for Rodgers, he really impressed me with how calm he was. So much so it looked like he was at mini camp. He looked good better than Alex Smith ever has, a guy chosen 23 spots ahead of him.

Rodgers is going to be a prime example of having a first round QB sit for a year or two and learn and the benefits you get from that.

Rodgers has got to lose that Radar O'Riley hat for the post game interview. You're in the spotlight now kid.
Favre named Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year
Well isn't that nice. Not even the best QB in the NFC. At BEST, 4th best QB in the NFL. Not the best player in his own division. Well it sure looks like Madden, Buck and Berman did a good job in their campaign to give the old man another worthless award.

I never noticed how much the yellow helmet doesn't match the yellow pants! How could they be that far off?

I checked out a Packer forum to see how they're anticipating the game vs. Oakland this weekend. Facing Warren Sapp again has brought up the discussion of the Clifton hit, and they're once again complaining about how the hit was ruled legal, but unneccesary and dirty. So this is officially year five of complaints about that hit. I think we've got a LONG time to complain about Al Harris' tactics. :whistling:

We haven't lost since and Adrian came back last Sunday and looked as good as ever. No harm done. We can now move on... I just don't want to see DBs throwing their bodies at his knees like Harris did again. I am ready to move on though.

In the 4 Packer forums I see, no one has said anything about this. But then why bother with facts when misrepresentation is so much more fun.

Way to misread my post. I never said that ALL Packer fans are doing this. I certainly know my husband isn't. You may need to check YOUR facts Craig before you berate me for misrepresentation.
