This is the time of year when injuries seem to start stacking up. Next guy in - - - and you find out how well your front office built your depth.

Although QB is always the exception. Pretty much every team is screwed when their starting quarterback goes out. Yet oddly I don't feel one bit sorry for them. We spent our entire season last year playing our third string quarterback who was a rookie.

Take THAT Indianapolis.

They'd have to take it if it were true...

Teddy was the #2 and played 13 games.

If you want to stay off the block you're going to have to try harder.

Ponder/Cassel/Bridgewater

That makes him #3, and he was a rookie.

You think Ponder was #1 last year?!

It was Cassel/Bridgewater/Ponder

Ponder only played when Teddy got hurt. He was #3.

At the beginning of the season that is not how it was listed. The end result may have had Ponder at three, but the team did not have him in that order.

Are you trolling...cause it seems like you're trolling.

Christian Ponder was the 3rd string and inactive week 1.

So at the beginning of the season (to which point are YOU asserting?) Ponder went arbitrarily from #1 to #3?

Show ANY talk anywhere that Christian Ponder was slated to be the starter heading into week one.

Save yourself some time...you won't find any...

You are simply wrong and should just admit it.

There would have been a shit ton of talk if Ponder had wrestled the #1 spot away from Cassel and was the slated starter.

Very bad news

I hope he does not rush back too soon.

This year's Colts are not going anywhere

Get fully healed

Get a better draft choice

With that division being so crappy it's not likely to be settled in the next month and a half. I imagine he'll get back on the field as soon as he can. But shouldn't push it.

Ain't that the truth

They perfected the "Suck for Luck" move

Funny, the 76ers have tried that 3 years in a row in the NBA and struck out each time

The Colts have NO SHOT against New England or Cin. I doubt they could go to Denver and win that game either.

If I am the Colts GM I am shutting him down for the year

Get him 100% healthy for the future

Draft the best offensive line

He stepped up big time.

Just let the Vikes QB depth chart fiasco go...

#shocker

I know it sucks coming off super knowledge deficient but you look better when you 'stand corrected'...or something of the like...

I just got that vibe. All the Detroit hasn't won in Green Bay since 1991, the year before Brett Farve, combined with all the firings of the people that tried to make Matthew Stafford a ball control quarterback. He is a gunslinger, let him sling it. Who is going to cover MegaTron even with a tender ankle Green Bay is struggling on the backend with top 4 corners on injury report. Haywood DNP concussion, Sheilds limited shoulder, Randall illness and the other guy FP with a healing neck injury.

I continue to be amused at what things get your panties in a wad. Someone doesn't carry on a back and forth for as long as you want them to, or "it wasn't a clock dammit!"

I posted, others responded, I responded to their posts, others responded ...

At some point you move on to another topic. At least most people do.

"It wasn't a clock! Is anyone still listening?"

Echo. Echo. Echo.

For the record, I have quite frequently admitted when I've been wrong about things. You should go back and read every one of my posts and count them.

Put up all the smilie emoticons you want. Super lame BS that is par for the course.

At this point I wouldn't be surprised if you knew the depth chart all along but wanted to play me.

Cause trust me...ask a million Viking fans and not one would think Ponder was #1 at any point last year. (other than when Teddy got dinged week 5 and Cassel was still injured)

So you either lack integrity or aren't very bright. Which one ya want?

The games you play rather than just coming out and admitting you were wrong. Don't know why I've put up with it all these years.
