Kirilloff can flat-out rake. I predict he'll be knocking down the door to the major league club sometime next year.

In his last 7 outings (including tonight), Tyler Jay (@TyJay_11) has given up one earned run on six hits. He's walked none and struck out 14.

RHP Derek Molina promoted from Elizabethton to Cedar Rapids, taking Bryan Sammons' roster spot. Sammons is taking Miguel Sano's roster spot in Ft. Myers.

Why do you think that?
Because he’s white?

I have no idea if he’s a smarter player.
I know he’s been less healthy than them.

If he happens to demonstrate more intelligence than Buxton and Sano is it possible to note that as an observation without being considered racist?

I’m just wondering what that evidence is.
We know his Dad runs a baseball training facility and that’s about all we know about Kirillof.
Might as well call out the elephant in the room.

Neither Buxton nor Sano play the game in a way that indicated a lack of an IQ on the field. Nobody has actually seen Kiriloff play, so I'm not sure why he should be considered a baseball Einstein. When you make unsubstantiated, blanked statements, you open yourself up to speculation.
