What is the penalty if a team exceeds the legal amount of mound visits? The Royals just did it, and it appears there are no consequences.

What was the score at the time?

It's early but when do you pull the plug on average veterans and go with the top prospects? June?

April 3rd. Some of the moves looked to be made to increase the St. Paul Saints attendance.

Outman and Larnach shouldn't be on the team over Erodg or Roden. Jenkins may need a month or two more seasoning.

Kody Clemens batting leadoff is bad enough.

Him batting 6th with Royce Lewis still 8th is wild.

Shelton man...what are you doing?

Polls for the Twins aren't pretty either:

A lot of lying voters.

The Twins have traded for Rays RHP Garrett Acton. He was seen crossing from the Rays clubhouse to the Twins clubhouse this morning.

Kind of interesting.

27-year old was recently DFA’d by Miami. He had a 3.68 ERA in 58.2 innings at the Triple-A level last season.

quote:

In his return from Tommy John, Acton posted a 30.1% K rate and 11.4% walk rate in the minor leagues.

Has a quick, chippy delivery and elite rise on the FB. Also has two options remaining.

21-162 is a very broad category. I fall into it because I’m probably around 50. But that’s mostly because I’ll just have them on, half paying attention while I’m doing other things.

But the team is still pure trash.

It is a poorly worded poll but I don't think I will watch a full game any more. I am more likely to catch an inning or two or catch the highlights.

Bradley trade looking good right now.

If we can get Abel and Rojas up to speed, the sell off last year might be a turning point for a team that has struggled to find starting pitchers in the draft.

The only true sell off was Correa last year and he was in the midst of career decline.

They did get a pretty good return on the players on 1 year deals:
Bader, France, Columbe, Castro

And Cheap RP under control:
Duran, Jax, Varland, Brock Stewart
