He has a terrible season long ERA and WHIP, but on the other hand he is a RP with SP eligibility which is very valuable, he seems to be turning the corner on the ERA and WHIP and his K rate is insane. Would you advise me to pick him up?

He has good stuff, but he's a mess. I'd compare him to early career LaTroy Hawkins. Gomez is the only Twins reliever I would put on a fantasy roster.

No he’ll make it to the bigs with the Twins. Then when he’ ready to bank his first big contract, we’ll deal at the trading deadline for more prospects.
