ORIGINAL: Bill Jandro We seem to be a popular choice to be upset in first round The overwhelming trendy upset choice. It's understandable when you add it up: What Middle Tennessee did last year (15 beating a 2), the fact that Minnesota hasn't been to the dance in a while, they suffered a key injury, and weren't very deep even before that, and the fact that 12 over 5 is a very common upset. It happens almost every year. Because the smaller schools who don't play enough good teams to get a good RPI usually top out at a 12 seed, because nobody can really gauge how good they are. But sometimes they are very good. But that's fine. It puts us in the underdog role again. Pitino can play the 'we get no respect' card. And this team has shown they have heart. They should be ready to go. At least I hope so.
