That was a horrible pick by Gray.

I'm starting to sway over to Jim's side...He just isn't good throwing the ball. And as amazing of an athlete as he is, I'm not sure he's nearly a good enough runner to make up for it.

Gray will never be anything more than mediocre unless a run game can be established. He's starting to get that going.

If the opponent prepares for Shortell sitting in the pocket and looking for a pass he'l be very easy to defend with our mediocre backs and o-line.

It helps that we're playing a team that was a sieve against the run last week.

They did. I'm just not sure how good we can be with a running QB that can't really throw the ball.

Another slow start. 
Mistake not to get Shortell one series in that half. 
Getting outcoached for sure.

Embarrassing the lack of push our O-line is getting. They can't get a yard in short-yardage situations to save their life. They should be ashamed.

I hate when I almost find myself rooting against us. But there's just nothing to gain from even squeaking out a win here.

This is pathetic! NMSU is chopping off 8-12 yards with each running play!

NM was sacked 10 times and held to 6 yards rushing last week against Ohio.

And they gave up 44 points and allowed 240 rushing yards.

These announcers are high.

They thought the crowd was booing because we wanted a late hit. They were booing because the ref kept the clock running instead of giving us an out-of-bounds clock stoppage. Very close, but I think the ref got it right.
