Exactly Pete ... In fact, I'v enever understood this ... Once you reach the point int he season where Minnesota is at, with a bad record, a bad karma, a bad rep all going, why, oh why, do you not look at every play and game as your opportunity to change things? I mean, once you get to this point, your seasonn is over for all intents and purposes, unless you go fo broke and pull out big wins. We keep playing (and always have here at the U) like we are shooting for 4th in the Big Ten or 5th, or whatever the hell we are shooting for. Anyone else feel that? Am I wrong? My point is, its sudden-death in many ways once you get to this point in the year. FGs do no good. Moral victories do no good. Pull out the stops. Give your weapons the freedom to make plays. Whats the negative if you do and fail?
