I don't get that call. They call BSU for a tripping penalty. But they call a UND penalty for taking a dive. So, to me, that's not a trip then. It's a dive, and it should only be a penalty on UND. But they both get thrown in the box.

Well we aren't giving ourselves a chance now. Too many penalties. The last one looked legit, but the others were hogwash.

Pretty good game. IMO, we lost because we didn't take advantage of all the PP time we had. I'm still pretty happy with how we played this weekend, and with the result of a split.

Sure wish Walsh wouldn't have given away that goal. Sure, maybe he doesn't stop it anyway, but he was completely lost on that one. Never seen anything like it.

That goal was weird. Looked like it was sold out tonight, which I guess isn't surprising given the opponent. Who do we have next week?

I bet our non conference schedule is as good as anyone's!!! Hopefully we play well against the Gophers. I went to the Beavers-UND game in GF last year, and you could definitely tell one team was at a much different level than the other. In the games this weekend, we looked like we belong on the same ice.

Well-earned split, not bad boys. And .. think of all the suicides you prevented in GF. All in all, a good weekend for your club. Hell, the mighty mighty Gophers rarely sweep anyone anymore. Hockeys too emotionally-charged. 6 dominant periods is rare in todays game. See ya in 2 weeks.

This game in ND literally reminds me of renting our local bubble on Sunday mornings for our adult pickup games. Same amount of people there [&:][&:][&:] Most came disguised as maroon chairs.

Tonight's Bemidji State at Gophers game is on Big Ten Network at 8:00. Tomorrow night's game is on FSN+ at 7:00.

Crap. Just flipped over to the hockey game for the first time. 0-0 and I was pleased. ..for 4 seconds. Then the Gophers scored.

Stupid question. Why was it OK for the Gophers to plow a BSU player into the BSU goalie on that Rau goal? The announcers acted like it was a fine play. Maybe it was.

Those announcers were awful. How old is that stupid expression "he's a tall drink of water"??? And they used it at least twice! Early on they stumbled over names and they told the story about the third Fitzgerald triplet being out sick about four times. Maybe it was their first gig.
