That's what gets me. It isn't like Tommy Dickhead Herr, who got traded here and no say in the matter. Lynn chose to sign here of his own free will and then acted in way that left no doubt that he wanted to be somewhere. What a douche.

I hear the Yankees franchise has a long and storied history.

Now I'm not so sure.

Los Angeles Dodgers second baseman Brian Dozier will undergo tests on his heart after an EKG late Monday showed abnormal results.

Dozier left Monday's game against the San Francisco Giants in the ninth inning after experiencing dizziness. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told reporters that the EKG revealed "abnormalities" but did not elaborate beyond saying that Dozier would be further evaluated Tuesday.

"That's the extent of it right now," Roberts said, according to MLB.com.

Dozier, 31, is batting .282 with three home runs and 11 RBIs in 12 games since being traded to the Dodgers by the Minnesota Twins on July 31.

Roberts also announced that reliever John Axford, another trade deadline acquisition, is expected to miss a few weeks because of a small fracture in his right fibula. Axford suffered the injury Sunday when he was struck by a comebacker and will be placed on the disabled list Tuesday.

Brian Dozier will undergo tests on his heart

Its probably broken
Or
Stressed from years of carrying 25 slugs around on his back
Or
Just not used to being treated well

Whoa

That's 2 LA Dodgers now. What the heck?

Mr. Ed -> RE: Former Twins News (8/14/2018 10:02:35 AM)

The Angels released outfielder Ben Revere, who could perhaps be an interesting player to target for contending clubs that like the idea of adding a good defender and baserunning threat to their system. Revere, 30, hasn’t seen the majors this year after seven-straight seasons of action at the game’s highest level. He’s slashing .277/.319/.406 with a pair of steals through 166 plate appearances at Triple-A.

Ben Revere is 30 now

Wow

I came here to post about Dozier just in case nobody had yet. Funny thing the Twins may have lucked out on trading him.

Ben Revere is slugging over .400. Goes to show that the PCL is a ridiculously good league for hitters.

Yep. Always inflated #'s

Seems like the LA Dodger guys that thrive there still hit it out as well

But then again, when your CF is 395 feet, LA isn't that tough to hit it out.

D-Rod strained a hamstring in the Dodgers/Giants dust up Tuesday, and is going on the DL.

If it had been in Tampa or Miami, the odds would have been pretty damn good.
